Description of service

Keeps is a collaborative photo-sharing platform that allows users to create shared albums (called "films") for events, enabling multiple participants to contribute photos to a single collection. Our service includes web-based photo capture, storage, organization, and sharing features.

User accounts

To access certain features of Keeps, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete information during registration
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized account use

User content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to Keeps. By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services. You are solely responsible for the content you upload and represent that:

• The content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws
• The content does not contain harmful, offensive, or illegal material

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Keeps at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. You may also delete your account at any time. Provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

Governing law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Keeps operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
